Chapter 11
Christian stomped into Julian’s library looking for Alistar.
He walked in and found the room empty.
“Where the hell is everyone?” Christian screamed. As he
walked over to Julian’s desk, he noticed one of the drawers slightly opened.
He slowly pulled open the drawer and to find a silver revolver
on top.
“Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald is going to pay!! Tonight.” he said
loading the gun.
He walked out of the library on a mission.
Theresa Martin walked into the Crane mansion holding Ethan’s
coat. She slowly placed it on the table in the foyer. She fingered the material of the coat and wiped away her
tears.
She climbed the stairs of the mansion towards Sheridan’s
bedroom. She turned the knob of the door but it was locked.
“Sheridan? Sheridan open up! I need you.” Theresa said
putting her ear to the door.
She could hear muffled talking on the other side.
“Meet me at the Book Cafe as soon as possible. I’ve got
money we can make it to the train station.” a man’s voice said.
“Ok, I’ll be there as soon I can.” Sheridan said back.
“Hurry!” he said again.
“Sheridan?” Theresa said again.
“Coming T.” Sheridan said.
The door flew open Theresa saw Sheridan in her silk robe.
“Theresa.” Sheridan said.
Theresa gently pushed past Sheridan and walked into her
room. She saw the messy bed and she walked over to the balcony and saw Luis running off into the night.
Theresa turned around and looked at Sheridan.
“All right now you know.” She said.
“And you don’t know he’s one of them!” Theresa said.
“But I love him.”
“I loved Ethan.” Theresa stated.
“Please just trust me on this!” Sheridan pleaded.
Theresa just shook her head, “Christian has a gun. I heard
Paloma and Gwen talking he’s hunting for Luis.”
“If he even touches him I swear I will.......”
“Do the same thing Luis did to Ethan?” Theresa answered.
Sheridan just sighed, “I still love him.”
Theresa walked out of the room.
Sheridan quickly got dressed and stopped on her balcony
before leaving. She looked up at the sky and saw a shooting star.
“Please God, let me and Luis be happy.”
