Chapter 7
Hank slowly opened up his eyes and found that he was in
his bed. He thought for a minute about how he got there and then all the memories of the night before came flooding
back to him.
They made love all night and made their way up to his bedroom
and just laid in each others arms and talked until they both drifted off into a deep sleep.
Hank rolled over and placed his arm on the pillow next
to him and sat up seeing that Gwen wasn’t there. Then he heard this loud crash!
Hank sat up and but on his boxers and walked downstairs
to inspect the loud crash.
Then he peeked into the kitchen and he saw Gwen wearing
his tux shirt and rushing around trying to clean up the mess of eggs she was trying to cook on the stove.
“Oh, this is useless!! I know I can’t cook so why do I
even try!” Gwen said frustratedly.
Hank walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her
waist. “Hey, beautiful what are you doing?”
“Hank!” Gwen jumped. “You’re awake!”
“Yea just in time to see what you’re doing in here.”
“Well I wanted to fix you breakfast but me being the spoiled
rich girl I was only kidding myself!” Gwen said.
“Hey but I like you anyways even if you are a spoiled rich
girl!” Gwen joked.
“HEY!” Gwen jumped on Hank and started tickling him.
“All right! All right! I give up!”
“Good!”
“Here lets clean this mess up and then we’ll salvage something
for breakfast.”
They cleaned up the kitchen together and cut up fruit and
fed it to each other.
Hank couldn’t help but think about how right this felt
and how happy he was that this was the beginning of a wonderful relationship with an incredible woman. He knew
that nothing would come between them.
Gwen was thinking the same thing but she couldn’t help
the nagging feeling that it was possible that what they did was wrong. As, they sat and talked last night they
talked about really giving this relationship a try and she wanted to. It’s just their were so many things that
could keep them apart and Gwen would never want to hurt him.
She just knew she had to get out of there because she needed
time to think.
Hank was nibbling on her neck, “Hank, I really need to
go. I have a meeting with my father today about some business issues.” She said getting dressed and gathering her
things together.
As she headed for the door, Hank grabbed her hand. “Gwen,
I’m really afraid to ask this but will I see you again? I don’t want this to be one of those one night things.
I know we talked last night but I just want to be sure.”
Gwen just leaned in and kissed Hank on this lips. She didn’t
want to lie to him she had no idea what was going to happen.
“I’ll call you ok?” she said.
“Ok.” Hank said flashing her his handsome smile.
She couldn’t help herself. She walked over to him and kissed
him passionately.
“Goodbye Handsome.”
